Jonah Mowry is quickly becoming a online sensation, it was predictable, you only need to watch the video and you have an over-whelming sense of feelings – Sadness, sorrow, guilt and empathy- you can’t help but be moved by the video. The only thing that had me wondering was the authenticity – not saying that it’s a kids prank or game – but whether or not it was a publicity stunt or to promote a song, a band or idea – if it was… then it would be wrong. But all indications suggest that this is the real deal.
Today is has over 500k plays, we seen it Yesterday and it had just 800 plays, Perez Hilton has played a huge part in this and has posted the video every where, with thanks to Perez and all of his fans – the video has now gone Viral. Perez has helped the kid a lot.
Below we will try to track the celebrity responses – because you know that there’s going to be a lot – Perez has already invited him to a party with all expenses paid. Lady Gaga has responded, Ricky Martin has also and so has Rosie O’Donnel. Let’s link to the Tweets below and grab some pic’s of the posts.
“Thank you Jonah for being brave enough to share your story + showing us strength. You matter to millions.#TellYourStory#EndBullying.”
Paula Abdul posted:

Anne Rice Reaction on Facebook & The “I Lied Video” – I stumbled upon this video today – the “Jonah Mowry I Lied” Video – if you aren’t familiar with this, I originally heard word of this yesterday, a second video circulating, yes even news websites were playing this and were NOT passing judgement and were (still are) portraying Jonah Mawry in a positive light, this video is the follow up by Jonah himself – and within – it has Jonah having a joke around with his mentioned friend, he bares his scars and says that he has friends at school and that he is well liked – now. The video – uploader spun this in a way to portray Jonah Mowry as lying – and that the original as a fake. Anne Rice however slammed this second video and those trying to troll Jonah – read the full post by following the link above…
Dolls, please watch this video. This made me so sad. Bullying has to end!!!!! The boy in the video, Johah, made this video a few months ago after being bullied consistently since first grade. Although he had considered suicide many times in the past, he realized that suicide is not the answer. Jonah is now doing much better, is getting counseling and has an amazing group of friends around him who love him and appreciate him for who he is. So many thousands of kids across the country are bullied every single day and we have to help put a stop to it. If you or anyone you know is a victim of bullying you can find out how you can get help here. I’m sending my love to you all!
